The vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator is the main equipment for the separation of weak magnetic minerals such as hematite, limonite, manganese ore, ilmenite, and non-metallic minerals such as quartz, feldspar, nepheline ore, etc. for iron removal and purification. It is mainly composed of a swivel ring, magnetic media box, swivel ring outer cover, upper magnetic pole, lower magnetic pole, excitation coil, ore discharge bucket, pulsation device, frame, ore flushing device, control system, etc. The magnetic media box is installed on the swivel and evenly distributed along the circumference. The inside and outside of the switch are respectively equipped with upper and lower magnetic pole heads that match the inner and outer circles of the swivel.
